What are Companion Learning Units?

They are executable files which are downloaded to your computer and deliver information, suggestions and learning exercises in their subject area. They deliver a detailed guide to the history and set out in a way that enables easy learning.  They are designed to mirror AS and A level modules.  They are priced similarly to many study paperbacks -  but are user friendly software. They are perfect for students with a desire to get to grips with a subject and have fun doing so. They would also be an excellent ICT element for schools and colleges.
These first CLU modules look towards the study of History at GCSE through to early college years. Each includes:-

        An outline of the period and interpretations
        A chronology
        Flash displays to quickly assimilate subject matter
        Advice on essays and document questions
        Lists of suggested essay titles
        Crosswords, quizzes and other exercises
        A text search feature to easily locate things
        An editable bookmark feature to help keep finds easily accessible.
